The JHM Foundation has come into contact with the general management of Nyeri State Prison through the local network. It concerns both a women’s and a men’s prison. The support that the JHM Foundation was able to offer was mainly of a material nature. The men’s prison mainly needed tools to be able to realize a wood/metal workshop. The women especially benefited from the supply of sewing machines, which means that a sewing workshop is still in operation to this day.
